How to Delete Your Account

You can delete your Karaoke Madness account and all associated data by following these steps:

Sign in to your Karaoke Madness account at karaokemadness.co/sign-in.
Open your account settings by clicking your profile avatar in the top-right corner.
Click "Delete Account" at the bottom of your account settings.
Confirm the deletion when prompted. This action cannot be undone.

What Gets Deleted

When you delete your account, we permanently remove:

Your profile information (name, email, profile photo).
Your song library and game history.
Your subscription and billing records (Stripe retains its own transaction records as required by law).
Any session data and authentication tokens.

Timeline

Account deletion is processed within 30 days. During this period your account will be deactivated and inaccessible. After 30 days all personal data is permanently erased from our systems.

Active Subscriptions

If you have an active Pro subscription, please cancel it from your billing page before deleting your account. Deleting your account does not automatically issue a refund for the current billing period.

Can't Sign In?

If you can no longer access your account and want your data deleted, email us at support@karaokemadness.co with the email address associated with your account. We will verify your identity and process the deletion within 30 days.
