Karaoke Madness is a browser-based karaoke party game. By using it you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.
2. Accounts
You need an account to play. You can sign up with Google, Apple, Discord, TikTok, phone, email, or passkeys. You are responsible for keeping your account secure.
3. Free and Pro Plans
- The free plan includes 3 songs and stays free forever.
- Pro plans are billed monthly through Stripe. You can cancel anytime from your billing page.
- Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. Contact us if you have an issue.
4. AI-Generated Lyrics
Karaoke Madness uses AI to generate parody lyrics. These lyrics are meant for entertainment only. We do our best to keep them family-friendly, but AI output can be unpredictable. You use AI-generated content at your own discretion.
5. Acceptable Use
Don't use Karaoke Madness to:
- Harass, abuse, or harm others.
- Attempt to break, exploit, or reverse-engineer the service.
- Use automated tools to scrape or spam the platform.
- Violate any applicable laws.
We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.
6. Intellectual Property
The Karaoke Madness name, logo, and original code are ours. Song metadata comes from public sources. AI-generated parody lyrics are created for your personal entertainment use within the game.
7. Availability
We aim to keep Karaoke Madness available 24/7 but can't guarantee uninterrupted service. We may update, modify, or discontinue features at any time.
8. Limitation of Liability
Karaoke Madness is provided "as is." We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you have paid us in the past 12 months.
9. Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms. Continued use after changes means you accept the new terms. We will notify you of significant changes.
